Position Title: Salesforce Agentforce SME  Service Cloud - CopadoLocation: Dallas TX  HybridEmployment Type: Contract on W2 onlyDuration: 12 plus months with possible extension

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Agentforce SME with strong expertise in Salesforce Service Cloud. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing implementing and optimizing AI-powered Salesforce solutions using Agentforce along with a strong understanding of Service Cloud capabilities and customer service workflows.

Required Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce related AI capabilities.
• 8 years of overall Salesforce experience.
• Extensive experience with Salesforce Service Cloud.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce platform architecture configuration and customization.
• Experience implementing Salesforce solutions for complex enterprise environments.
• Knowledge of Salesforce automation tools integrations security and data management.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work independently as an SME and collaborate effectively with distributed teams.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Copado for Salesforce DevOps CI/CD release management and deployment automation.
• Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Service Cloud Consultant Salesforce Administrator or relevant Agentforce/AI credentials.
• Experience with Salesforce AI Data Cloud Einstein capabilities or related Salesforce technologies.
