Job Overview

NYC Skyline Construction Corp a leading provider of residential and commercial construction services in the New York City area is seeking a motivated and highly organised Sales Support Specialist to join our team. We are committed to delivering high-quality projects from new builds to renovations and pride ourselves on exceptional customer satisfaction. This is a Full-Time position based in San Jose California United States. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in supporting our sales team ensuring the efficiency of our sales operations and contributing to the continued growth of our company. You will be a key liaison between our sales professionals clients and internal departments.

Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive administrative support to the sales team including managing schedules coordinating meetings and handling correspondence.
Prepare and process sales proposals contracts and other documentation with a high degree of accuracy.
Maintain and update client information in our customer relationship management (CRM) system.
Act as the first point of contact for client enquiries providing timely and professional responses.
Liaise with project management and operations teams to ensure a seamless handover from sales to project execution.
Assist in the creation of sales presentations and marketing materials.
Generate and analyse sales reports to identify trends and support strategic decision-making.
Organise and maintain sales-related files and records for easy access and retrieval.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a sales support sales administration or a similar administrative role.
Exceptional organisational and time-management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a professional and courteous manner.
High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint) and experience with CRM software.
Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.
A proactive and collaborative team player who can also work independently with minimal supervision.
Experience within the construction or real estate industry is highly desirable but not essential.
