Sales Support Representative

Job Overview: We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Sales Support Representative to join our team in San Antonio TX. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills a strong attention to detail and a passion for providing exceptional customer service. This is a full-time position with 40 hours per week. Key Responsibilities: - Provide excellent customer service by promptly responding to inquiries and resolving any issues or concerns - Assist the sales team with order processing including entering orders tracking shipments and managing inventory - Create and maintain customer accounts and update customer information as needed - Coordinate with other departments such as shipping and billing to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products - Prepare quotes and proposals for potential customers - Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction and identify opportunities for additional sales - Keep up-to-date with product knowledge and industry trends to effectively communicate with customers - Maintain accurate and organized records of all customer interactions and transactions Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelors degree in business or related field preferred - 1-2 years of experience in a customer service or sales support role - Excellent communication skills both written and verbal - Strong attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment - Proficient in Microsoft Office and experience with CRM software preferred - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Knowledge of LED lighting products and industry a plus Why Work for Us: At Ljwleding we value our employees and strive to create a positive and inclusive work environment.
