Sales Support Representative

Job Description

North Studio is seeking a motivated Sales Support Representative to assist with customer outreach sales inquiries and day-to-day sales this role you will communicate with prospective customers provide product and service information follow up on leads and help support the sales team in reaching its goals.

Responsibilities

• Respond to customer and prospective client inquiries

• Follow up with leads by phone and email

• Provide information about products and services

• Assist customers throughout the sales process

• Update customer and lead information in company systems

• Prepare basic quotes sales documents and follow-up correspondence

• Maintain accurate records of customer interactions

• Work closely with the sales team to support daily targets and goals

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Comfortable speaking with customers by phone and email

• Basic computer skills and familiarity with CRM software is a plus

• Strong organizational and time-management skills

• Self-motivated and dependable

• Previous sales or customer service experience is a plus but not required
