Position Overview

As a Sales Representative with Omni Metalcraft youll learn how to support customers by identifying needs providing solutions and building lasting relationships. This is a great opportunity for someone who is detail-oriented enjoys working with people and wants to develop professional sales and technical skills.

What Youll Do (With Training & Support)

• Contact customers by phone and email to introduce products and follow up on opportunities
• Research customer needs and help identify potential solutions
• Learn how to prepare quotes and support existing sales opportunities
• Build long-term customer relationships
• Work closely with experienced team members who will mentor you

What Were Looking For

Experience is helpful but not requiredwere willing to train the right person.

• Comfortable using Microsoft Office (Outlook Excel Word)
• Good communication skills (written and verbal)
• Organized and able to manage multiple tasks
• Willingness to learn technical products and industry terminology
• Positive attitude and desire to grow professionally

• How to confidently conduct professional sales calls and presentations

Ability to Implement

• Apply product knowledge to recommend solutions for customer needs
• Communicate professionally with customers through phone and email
• Manage multiple tasks and follow up on opportunities consistently
• Build relationships that support long-term customer partnerships
• Learn quickly and apply feedback from training and mentorship
