The role is based in Midwest United States (remote). We are also looking for this candidate to be local to Cedar Rapids IA for one year training. Where Youll Make a Difference

  • Build and strengthen relationships within the fuel ethanol and carbohydrate processing industry

  • Support revenue growth by progressing opportunities and contributing to team sales targets

  • Identify new business opportunities through understanding ethanol and manufacturing processes

  • Assist in developing account plans and delivering commercial proposals aligned with strategy

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including technical service supply marketing and R&D

  • Help implement IFF technologies such as enzymes yeast and fermentation additives

  • Troubleshoot customer issues and identify unmet needs to deliver tailored solutions

  • Utilize tools such as Salesforce forecasting systems and internal platforms to support sales execution

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Bachelors degree in Engineering Science or a related technical field

  • Experience in a sales customer service or technical-facing role

  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to engage stakeholders at multiple organizational levels

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • Self-motivated independent and results-driven mindset

  • Ability to travel up to 50% within the Midwest region

  • Proficiency with CRM tools MS Office and sales-related systems

How Would You Stand Out

  • Experience in ethanol corn processing agriculture food or chemical industries

  • Knowledge of fermentation or industrial processing technologies

  • Proven ability to build long-term customer relationships and identify growth opportunities
