Support field sales operations by researchingand prequalifyingleads managingdata generating reports andcoordinating activities that help teams stay organized and informed
Maintain and support Salesforce account and contact records including updates to channel partners regional initiatives roles responsibilities and related CRM activities
Develop document and improve operating procedures and reports that help sales representatives and managers make aligned strategic in-market decisions
Preparecommercial product submittals such as test reports product datasamplesand project resources includingmaintenance of theproductandproject photo libraries
Coordinatemeetings research and reserve venues fortrainings AIA events and off-site team meetings and scheduling onsite visits.
A bachelors degree(preferred).All combinations of education and experience will be considered.
Strong attention to detailorganization and problem-solving skills
Ability to self-manage priorities and deadlinesindependently
Strong communication interpersonal and customer service skills
Ability to learn to read and interpret construction documents and specifications
Experience workingacross teams and business functions to complete projects or support sales
Experience with Microsoft Office Suite/365 business intelligence tools (QlikView) and basic navigation of OMSis preferred
Proficiencywith quotes analysis toolsis preferred
