Sales Operations Coordinator

Crestfield Talent is seeking an organized and motivated Sales Operations Coordinator to support sales activities coordinate business processes and help improve overall sales team efficiency.

This hybrid role is suited for someone who enjoys working with different teams managing operational priorities and supporting sales performance through effective coordination and communication.

• Coordinate daily sales operations and support ongoing business activities
• Assist sales teams with customer requests and order processing
• Monitor sales activities and track progress toward team objectives
• Maintain accurate customer information and sales records in CRM systems
• Coordinate communication between sales customer service and operations teams
• Support the preparation of sales reports and performance summaries
• Track sales opportunities and assist with pipeline management
• Help resolve order discrepancies and customer-related issues
• Support improvements to sales processes and internal workflows
• Collaborate with management to improve operational efficiency

• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Comfortable using CRM software and Microsoft Office
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working independently and collaboratively
• Previous experience in sales customer service business operations or related fields is preferred
