Job Summary
itDis seeking a highly organized Sales Operations Analyst who is intellectually curious and action-oriented to join our team. The candidate will be among a team responsible for supporting the clients sales businesses through systems and processes.
The ideal candidate brings a well-rounded background in sales support or Administrator. They thrive in fast-paced environments excel at managing multiple workstreams simultaneously and possess a business and operational mindset to support the sales process.
- Attend regular internal practice community meetings.
- Collaborate with your itD practice team on industry thought leadership.
- Complete client case studies and learning material (blogs media material).
- Build out material to contribute to the Digital Transformation practice.
- Attend internal itD networking events (in person and virtual).
- Work with leadership on career fast-track opportunities.
Required Skills and Who You Are:
We are seeking an intellectually curious action-oriented Sales Operations Analyst to join our Global Sales Operations team! The candidate will be among a team responsible for supporting our sales businesses through systems and processes.
Job Description
- Work with the immediate team and extended worldwide team to support onboarding transfers and terminations and the associated system access processes
- Document the current processes and identify areas of improvement
- Work with IT team to troubleshoot and resolve issues
- Additional sales operations tasks as assigned
Requirements
- 2 years in a Sales Support or Administration
- Working knowledge of Administration or Database Administration
- Advanced Excel skills
- Eager to learn

- Bachelors Degree
