• Develop and execute monthly quarterly and annual sales plans including individual Design Consultants goals
• Hire coach and performance monitoring of Design Consultants
• Conduct ride-a-longs to identify training and development opportunities
• Investigate lost sales opportunities and identify improvements.
• Responsible for executing a rehash program for appointments that are demoed but not sold.
• Establish and build relationships with key partners to support the training growth and development of the market that will lead to its success
• Model high standards of integrity to create a culture that aligns with the companys core values

• Bachelors degree or high school diploma and equivalent years of sales management experience
• 5 years experience in an industry that sells directly to the individual consumer (No B2B) preferably in home sales.
• 3 years experience successfully leading sales teams in a similar environment

• Successful previous experience as a sales manager consistently meeting or exceeding targets
• Experience in a fast-paced high-growth entrepreneurial environment
• Demonstrated ability to communicate present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
• Exceptional customer relationship skills
