Job Summary
Position: Sales Manager- CNC Machine Tools
Territory: Alabama Arkansas NW Florida Georgia Louisiana Mississippi Tennessee
Duties: * To work with vendors to promote sales that benefit the vendor and Kearney Machinery
* Responsible for hiring and firing of salesmen. Also monitoring the day-to-day performance of said salesmen.
* Work with management to establish and maintain sales goals for Kearney Machinery
* To be responsible for monthly quarterly and annual reporting to Kearneys vendors
* To oversee reporting of USMTO data each month
* To oversee Kearneys salesforce program. This will ensure that the information is always up-to-date.
* To maintain regular reporting to the owner of sales results projections vendor updates etc.
* To constantly search for new vendors for the improvement of Kearney Machinery.
* To attend vendor meetings shows and related functions.
* Coordinate Kearneys participation at IMTS
* International travel is required
