Are you a proven furniture sales leader who knows how to motivate a team drive results and create an outstanding customer experience Were seeking an experienced Furniture Sales Manager to lead a team of 5 sales professionals and help grow our business.
- Lead coach and develop a high-performing sales team
- Drive sales performance and achieve store goals
- Recruit train and mentor sales associates
- Ensure an exceptional customer experience
- Monitor KPIs and hold team members accountable
- 3 years of furniture sales management experience
- Experience leading teams of 5 or more associates
- Strong coaching leadership and communication skills
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals
