6 years of experience within Software development Integration using Apex Flows Asynchronous process LWC Aura Data migration CRMA AI CPQ nCino etc.
Experience in banking and Financial services including in-depth knowledge of loan Lifecyle Sales and Marketing functional Knowledge.
Certified Salesforce Admin and Platform developer Financial Service cloud Al Data cloud certifications.
Develop integrations between Salesforce and external systems using REST/SOAP APIs.
Customize and configure Salesforce Sales Cloud Service Cloud Experience Cloud and other Salesforce products as required.
Implement security and sharing rules profiles permission sets and role hierarchies.
Develop custom reports dashboards workflows flows and validation rules.
Participate in code reviews and ensure adherence to Salesforce development best practices.
Expertise in various technical areas such as data modeling integration security and customization - should beable to review codes and suggest best practices of implementations
Demonstrate effective strong and clear communication/collaboration with LOBs Stakeholdersand Customers on daily basis.
Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolutions.
Experience troubleshooting performance and Governor limits related issues/exceptions(leveraging ApexGuru Scale center)should actively participate in automations and other Pl activities.

Experience with CI/CD and deployment tools such as Copado Gearset Jenkins or Salesforce DX.
