The Opportunity
We are seeking a B2B Sales Executive with experience selling commercial printing promotional products branded apparel signage or related marketing solutions.
This is a growth-focused sales role for someone who enjoys prospecting developing relationships and building a book of business. You will work directly with business owners marketing departments purchasing teams operations leaders and other decision-makers to identify opportunities and develop customized solutions.
Our broad range of capabilities gives our sales team the opportunity to become a true single-source marketing and branding partner for customers rather than simply selling an individual product.

Develop New Business
Prospect and develop new B2B accounts throughout Raleigh and the surrounding market.
Identify organizations with ongoing needs for printing promotional products branded apparel signage and marketing materials.
Build a strong sales pipeline through prospecting networking referrals cold outreach and in-person meetings.
Target medium and large organizations with recurring and high-value opportunities.
Develop relationships with multiple decision-makers within customer organizations.
Sell Solutions Not Just Products
Consult with customers to understand their marketing branding operational and communication objectives.
Recommend creative solutions that combine print promotional products branded apparel signage direct mail and other services.
Prepare proposals presentations estimates and recommendations.
Manage opportunities from initial prospecting through proposal close production and follow-up.
Collaborate With Our Team
Partner closely with estimating customer service production purchasing design and installation teams.
Ensure projects transition smoothly from the sales process into production.
Communicate customer expectations deadlines specifications and project requirements.
Ideal Candidates:
Previous B2B sales experience.
New-business oriented with a strong hunter mentality.
Previous B2B sales experience.

Skilled at consultative and relationship-based selling.
Motivated by achieving and exceeding revenue goals.
Able to identify cross-selling opportunities and expand account relationships.

An excellent communicator and presenter.
Experienced with CRM systems Microsoft Office and digital sales tools.
Experience selling commercial printing promotional products branded apparel or marketing services is a plus.

Compensation: $50000.00 - $150000.00 per year
