• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions using Python and NodeJS.
• Provide technical support and guidance during the sales process ensuring a seamless customer experience.
• Develop and implement integrations using Zapier to enhance product functionality and user engagement.
• Work closely with the engineering team to relay customer feedback and drive product improvements.
• Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions to showcase the value of the solutions offered.
• Analyze customer requirements and translate them into actionable technical specifications.
• Contribute to the development of sales strategies that leverage the latest technologies in the industry.

• 3 years of experience in a sales engineering or technical support role preferably in a B2B environment.
• Proficient in Python and NodeJS with a solid understanding of web technologies like .
• Experience with integration tools such as Zapier to automate workflows and enhance client solutions.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

• Familiarity with logistics or supply chain management software.
