Description
In This Role Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  • Support the deployment and adoption of sales platforms by contributing to data migration data governance and quality assurance activities.
  • Help develop and document standards processes and training guidelines to support successful platform transitions across the sales organization.
  • Research and evaluate seller outreach approaches across platforms and help identify best practices for sales teams.
  • Assist in designing and maintaining training content and resources that enable sellers to effectively use new tools and workflows.
  • Analyze sales data and performance metrics to surface actionable insights and support business decision-making.
  • Leverage AI-powered tools and emerging technologies to improve workflows solve problems and drive efficiency across sales enablement activities.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales sales operations and training to ensure alignment on priorities and deliverables.
  • Document project findings and present progress updates and recommendations to stakeholders.
  • Support additional sales enablement initiatives as business needs evolve.

For This Role You Will Need:
  • Currently pursuing a bachelors degree
  • Zero (0) years of related professional experience required
  • Ability to work full-time (40 hours) per week in-person
  • Legal authorization to work in the United States

Preferred Qualifications That Set You Apart:
  • Pursuing a bachelors degree in business administration marketing data analytics or a related field
  • Familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g. Salesforce) or sales enablement tools (e.g. Seismic Salesloft)
  • Interest in data governance business process documentation or sales operations
  • Comfort with or curiosity about AI and emerging productivity tools
  • Prior internship or project experience in a business or technology environment
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
