The Marketing Director is responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies to attract and retain residents for a Senior Housing Community. Key responsibilities include:

• Lead Generation: Conducting outreach and generating leads through various channels.
• Marketing Campaigns: Developing and managing marketing campaigns to promote the facilitys services and attract new residents.
• Community Relations: Maintaining relationships with residents their families and the community to foster positive perceptions.
• Performance Tracking: Monitoring and analyzing marketing performance metrics to inform decision-making.
• Team Coordination: Collaborating with other departments to ensure a cohesive marketing approach.
• The role requires a strong understanding of the senior living industry excellent communication and customer service skills and the ability to work collaboratively with a team.
