Were looking for a driven relationship-focused Outside Sales Representative to grow our B2B presence in the residential construction and remodeling this role youll partner with builders contractors and architects to deliver high-quality window and door solutions.

What Youll Do
- Build and maintain strong relationships with builders and contractors
- Prospect and generate new business while growing existing accounts
- Consult with clients to understand project needs and recommend solutions
- Read blueprints and create accurate project quotes
- Present proposals and close sales while maintaining strong margins
- Manage your pipeline and activity through CRM tools
- Deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through project completion
What You Bring
- Sales experience preferred but not required
- Strong relationship-building and communication skills
- Ability to read blueprints or willingness to learn
- Self-motivated with a competitive results-driven mindset
- Strong organization and ability to manage multiple projects
- Comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment

Work Environment & Expectations
- Field-based role (job sites client locations showroom)
- Flexible schedule with availability to support client needs (including occasional evenings/weekends)
- Active hands-on role including measuring site visits and inspections

- $70000 guaranteed base salary during your first twelve monthsto support your ramp-up and business development efforts
- Additional commission and bonus opportunitiesbased on performance

Long-Term Earning Potential:
- Potential to earn $100K by Year 3
- Over 50% of team earns six figures
- Top 1/3 earn $130K with top performers exceeding $200K
