Location: Hybrid (Northern VA / DC / MD) Travel: 3050%
Compensation: $50K$60K base uncapped commission $110K OTE

What Youll Do
- Build and own pipeline across the Mid-Atlantic territory.
- Prospect and sell to GCs contractors and AEC decision-makers.
- Lead discovery demos and ROI-driven sales conversations.
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting through close.
What Youll Bring
- Proven success in quota-carrying B2B sales.
- Construction tech automation or capital equipment experience preferred.
- Strong prospecting presentation and consultative selling skills.
- Ability to travel throughout the region.
