What Makes This Role Great: In this role you will be the primary engine driving our market growth directly influencing how construction and engineering leaders streamline critical contract workflows and mitigate project risk using cutting-edge SaaS solutions.

Key Exciting Responsibilities

• Proactively initiate cold calls and handle high-volume outreach to engage qualified prospective buyers and uncover new pipeline opportunities.

• Partner with marketing to optimize the lead qualification process execute targeted email campaigns and share market insights for content creation.

• Guide initial conversations with industry decision-makers to demonstrate the value of Trimble solutions and advance early-stage sales cycles.

• Maintain seamless data integrity within Salesforce to optimize account layouts price books and opportunity workflows.

Essential Skills & Experience

• Proven track record in outbound phone-based account development sales or customer service preferably within an enterprise software environment.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills with the confidence to interact productively with senior decision-makers.

• Strong self-starter mindset with the ability to manage high-volume daily outreach independently.

• Proficiency with CRM platforms such as Salesforce Google Workspace and digital engagement strategies.

Bonus Points For

• Background or familiarity with the AECO (Architecture Engineering Construction and Operations) industry or contract management technology.

• Experience utilizing advanced web search techniques and sales engagement platforms to conduct target account research.
