Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated Hybrid Sales Representative with a proven sales record to support our growth in the vitamin and supplement category. This role is focused on outstanding B2B sales to brick-and-mortar retailers including independent natural health food stores. This is a hybrid sales role responsible for opening new accounts reactivating inactive retailers and driving reorders through strong relationship-building and product education. At its core this role is about turning relationships into growth opening new doors nurturing long-term partnerships and helping our natural retail partners thrive right alongside our :Proactively outbound call prospective and inactive retail accountsHybrid outbound sales role including 1-2 days field sales visits and 3 days remote sales calling. Identify and engage store buyers managers and ownersEducate retailers on product benefits differentiation and assortment strategy (using compliant claims)Open new wholesale accounts and secure opening ordersDrive reoders SKU expansion and promotional participationMaintain accurate activity notes and pipeline in CRMFollow a structured call cadence and sales processCollaborate with field sales marketing and customer service teamsStay current on product knowledge compliance guidelines and competitive landscapeConsistently meeting or exceeding new account and revenue targetsHigh follow-through and account responsivenessStrong reorder rates across assigned accountsGrowing average order value and SKUs per store Natural Products Industry Expertise: Stay informed about trends and innovations in the natural products space including retail trends consumer preferences product categories and competitive landscape Qualifications:Bachelors degree preferred (BA or BS) or equivalent experience1-3 years of inside sales outbound sales or BRB sales experienceExperience with supplements natural CPG or wellness brands and a genuine passion for health and nutritionDeep understanding of the natural and health food retail channel including independent retailers co-ops and natural chainsComfortable making high-volume outbound callsStrong phone presence and communication skillsAbility to explain products clearly and confidentlyOrganized disciplined and follow-up drivenExperience using CRM (HubSpot Salesforce etc.)We proudly offer: Medical Dental Vision 401K with Company Match Pet insurance and more!We reward the hard work of our team members with fun and exciting company events Summer Picnic Festive Packages Holiday Celebrations and associate referral bonuses!Founded in 2011 Piping Rock Health Products has gone on to win Long Islands Top Workplaces Award 6 years in a row & securing the spot as Top Supplement Manufacturing Company 2024 by Food Business Review!
