What Youll Do
Youll help customers enjoy a simple positive vehicle-buying experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Welcoming customers and understanding what they need
- Presenting vehicles models features and accessories
- Explaining available purchase and financing options
- Conducting vehicle walk -aroundand test drives
- Following up with interested and previous customers
- Learning about new products and attending training sessions
- Building customer relationships that last beyond the sale
- Following dealership policies and safety standards
