1. Supporting spa efforts to increase memberships and overall revenue growth by:

• Learning current and upcoming deals discounts and promotions to sell memberships and gift cards;
• Meeting daily weekly and monthly personal and team sales quotas; and
• Leveraging ongoing formal and informal sales and service trainings scripts and other company resources to remain successful.

1. Utilizing the Zenoti scheduling platform to book and reschedule clients massage and facial appointments.
2. Addressing customer service inquiries related to general payment and service information.
3. Performing miscellaneous tasks such as:

• Light laundry duties; and
• Peer training as needed.
