Job Summary
As a Sales Associate (SA) at Schell Brothers youll have the opportunity to get to know your home buyers on a different level. They arent just buying a home its about creating a relationship to help them make one of the biggest decisions of their life. From planning community events to helping plan all your homes possibilities being a SA is one of the most diverse positions at Schell Brothers. As a SA you are given the autonomy to run your model home as a business generating traffic creating a customer experience along with relationships in the community with realtors and homeowners.
SAs spend most of their time working from a well-appointed office located in one of our model homes. This position requires a 5-day work week including 3 weekends a month and taking 2 alternate consecutive days off during the week.
- Must be able to lift 25 pounds at times
- Residential production home selling experience (preferred)
- Positive and caring attitude
- Outgoing professional demeanor
- Be able to exercise judgment and discretion
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
- Must be able to collaborate with other Team Members
