• Greet all members and guests with a warm professional attitude
  
  
• Check in clients manage bookings answer calls texts and emails
  
  
• Assist with new-member onboarding waivers and intake forms
  
  
• Support the sales team with lead follow-up and membership questions
  
  
• Maintain a clean organized and inviting lobby/front desk area
  
  

• Assist Coaches with EMS session setup suit prep and transitions
  
  
• Help guide members through session prep and basic instructions
  
  
• Ensure safety protocols and BODY20 training standards are followed
  
  
• Reset suites and maintain EMS equipment and cleanliness
  
  

• Complete cleaning checklists and maintain studio presentation
  
  
• Assist with laundry suit organization and equipment preparation
  
  
• Support promotions in-studio events and member engagement initiatives
  
  

• Friendly polished and professional demeanor
  
  
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
  
  
• Interest in fitness wellness or personal training
  
  
• Team player with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
  
  
• Reliable punctual and proactive
  
  
• Prior fitness or studio experience is a plus but not required
