THE OPPORTUNITY

Our Edina retail shop is seeking a Sales Associate who is passionate about providing an outstanding customer experience by creating a positive inviting and engaging in-store environment. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of and passion for the product and will enjoy interacting with customers to present product that will resonate with each individual shopper. Ultimately through this mastery of product and customer interaction the sales associate will work to achieve both individual and collective shop sales targets.

• Deliver top-notch customer service and hospitality to ensure a positive customer experience
• Develop strong product knowledge to better guide the client through options on the sales floor
• Work closely with team members to collaborate on sales strategies and techniques to increase sales
• Collaborate with store director to set meet & exceed sales goals
• Drive sales through service & customer relationships
• Utilize Customer lists & profiles to maintain healthy & genuine connections with our customers
• Support omni channel initiatives including but not limited to web order fulfillment and email opt in
• Manage inventory levels on the floor and assist with shipping and receiving of product.
• Maintain an elevated level of cleanliness and order within the sales floor and stockroom.
• Operate in compliance with all Billy Reid policies and procedures
• Complete all daily tasks in a timely manner

Our store joins a new addition to the area in Nolan Mains a revival of a neglected street in the neighborhood featuring new retail and luxury apartments. Just a few minutes drive from downtown Minneapolis this community is a destination for the Twin Cities with their walkable concept offering leisurely shopping eating and entertainment.
