Wolfchase Hyundai is seeking a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our team in Memphis this role you will be responsible for engaging with customers understanding their needs and helping them find the perfect vehicle. You will play a key role in providing an exceptional car-buying experience that drives customer satisfaction and sales performance.

• Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Identify customer needs and provide product information to help match the right vehicle
• Guide customers through the sales process from initial inquiry to final purchase
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the Hyundai product line and pricing
• Collaborate with the finance and service departments to ensure smooth transactions
• Follow up with customers to foster relationships and encourage repeat business
• Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets

• Previous experience in automotive sales or retail sales preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong customer service orientation
• Ability to work in a fast-paced team-oriented environment
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
• High school diploma or equivalent; further education is a plus

• Competitive compensation ranging from $10000.00 to $15000.00 per month paid bi-weekly
