What Youll Be Doing

Every day looks a little different but you can expect to:

• Create an exceptional guest experience from check-in to check-out.
• Welcome every guest with warmth energy and genuine hospitality.
• Build relationships that turn first-time guests into loyal Drybar regulars.
• Keep the front desk running smoothly by managing reservations answering phones updating guest profiles and solving scheduling challenges.
• Support our stylists by helping the day flow efficiently behind the scenes.
• Keep the shop beautiful by restocking products organizing retail displays maintaining cleanliness and completing daily side work.
• Be a team player who jumps in wherever needed because everyone succeeds together.

What Were Looking For

• Experience in customer service hospitality retail or another fast-paced guest-focused environment.
• Previous experience with POS systems is a plus.
• Salon spa beauty or hospitality experience is helpful but not requiredwe can teach the technical stuff.
• Outstanding communication skills and a genuine love for people.
• Strong multitasking organization and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to stay positive and professional during busy periods.
• Comfortable standing and walking throughout a 6-8 hour shift.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Weekend availability required.
