Drybar Fairfax Corner is seeking a professional friendly and highly organized Front Desk Representative. The ideal candidate will manage the reception area provide administrative support and ensure a welcoming environment for our clients. You will be responsible for creating a positive first impression and assisting with various office tasks in a timely manner. WEEKEND WORK REQUIRED.

Sales Associate / Customer Service RepresentativeQualifications:

• Experience providing over-the-top amazing hospitality and customer service is essential
• Enjoys communicating with clients and creating memorable experiences
• 2 years experience in a fast-paced customer service-centric environment preferred (hospitality industry customer service representative store associate or similar position)
• Experience with Point-of-Sale Systems strongly preferred
• Resolves conflict - ability to de-escalate tensions and navigate disagreements with composure to reach a mutually acceptable outcome
• Maintains professional demeanor under pressure - able to understand a customers frustration and remain calm especially in difficult situations
• Ability to multitask with ease and independently troubleshoot problems
• Frequently required to stand and/or walk for duration of 6-8 hour shifts
• High school diploma or equivalent
