What Youll Do

• Create a warm welcoming high-energy guest experience from check-in to check-out
  Manage appointments phones bookings and guest flow throughout the day
  Coordinate stylist timing and shop flow to keep services running smoothly and efficiently
  Serve complimentary beverages and create a fun elevated salon atmosphere
  Educate guests on memberships products retail add-ons and promotions
  Handle transactions POS systems and client profiles accurately
  Help maintain a clean polished and organized salon environment
  Support teammates during busy shifts and contribute to a positive shop culture
  Bring great energy professionalism and personality every single day
