As a Sales Associate at Topdrawer you are the face of our brandwelcoming customers sharing product stories and helping people find tools that inspire creativity and intentional living. You create an inviting thoughtful experience through exceptional service deep product knowledge and a genuine passion for design. Whether guiding someone through our notebook collection or helping them discover a new creative ritual you bring Topdrawers philosophy of quiet design to life.
- Deliver a warm educational and personalized customer experience

- Foster a welcoming and inspiring environment for customers and teammates

- Support onboarding of new hires by modeling service standards

- Assist with day-to-day operations including restocking visual displays and store upkeep
- Present merchandise in a way that highlights craftsmanship and design
- Support product launches and seasonal refreshes
- Meet or exceed personal and store-level sales goals
