Sales Assistant

What Youll Do:

• Review customer purchase orders and verify specifications pricing and order details before processing.
• Enter and maintain customer orders within the Companys ERP and CRM systems.
• Coordinate with Sales Production Shipping and other departments to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to customer inquiries regarding order status deliveries and order-related questions.
• Prepare customer specification sheets pricing quotations sales reports and other sales documentation.
• Assist with marketing initiatives customer email campaigns promotional materials and marketing inventory.
• Maintain accurate customer records and sales activity within the Companys CRM system.
• Support the Sales team with administrative tasks while learning the sales process and customer relationship management.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of three years of customer service sales support or administrative experience preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook Word Excel) and comfortable learning ERP and CRM systems.
• Interest in developing a long-term career in sales marketing or customer relationship management.
