Salary: $41Kcommission

Location: Madison WI

Position Overview:

The Financial Professional role is a full-time salaried position with sales incentives on both new and renewal business. This position has an uncapped incentive plan to market and sell the following products:

• Medicare Plans

• ACA Individual Health under 65

• STM Short-Term Medical

• Travel Health Insurance

• Dental

• Vision

• Long Term Care

• Final Expense

• Life Insurance

• Ancillary Hospital/Cancer plans

• Fixed Annuities

Provides inbound and outbound leads and cold calling is not required but highly encouraged to increase sales. Licensed in 3 states with a numerous number of (large and small) carriers to allow you to find the right fit for your clients needs. Our incentive program is uncapped with many agents earning above $150000 per year. As a Financial Professional you will be supported by Client Service Representatives to help you manage and sell to your clients.

Experience Required:

• State license health and life insurance; required

• High school diploma or equivalent; required

• BA in finance business economics or a related field is a plus

• Spanish speaking is a plus!
