Drive membership sales through in person phone email and social media outreach.
Greet prospects and walk in guests deliver studio tours and present membership options with confidence.
Follow up with leads and move prospects through the sales pipeline to close.
Meet or exceed monthly membership and sales goals.
Provide an exceptional welcoming experience for every member and guest.
Address and resolve member concerns escalating to management when needed.
Keep the front desk retail area and studio space clean organized and well stocked.
Support daily cleaning and operational tasks before during and after shifts.
