• Assist with bathing grooming dressing and personal hygiene
• Support mobility transfers and ambulation

• Provide timely medication reminders
• Help clients stay on track with their medication routines

• Plan and prepare meals that meet dietary needs
• Encourage proper nutrition and hydration

• Provide genuine companionship and engaging conversation
• Accompany clients to appointments and social outings

• Watch for and report changes in a clients condition to the care team
• Keep clear accurate care documentation

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred
• Prior caregiving experience preferred (but a caring heart matters most)
• CPR/First Aid certification a plus
• A warm empathetic patient approach to care
• Strong communication skills and a team-first attitude
• Reliable and able to follow a clients individualized care plan
