Position Overview
We are seeking a high-caliber Site SafetyProfessional to own scale and execute environmental health and safety programs across our critical Data Center Infrastructure.
Acting as the onsite safety authority you will bridge the gap between day-to-day operations ongoing facility expansion/construction and global regulatory compliance.
The ideal candidate understands that data center safety isnt just about checkboxesit is about protecting lives while safeguarding the uptime of critical infrastructure holding global digital assets. You will lead hazard mitigation for high-risk work drive a proactive safety culture and manage cross-functional partnerships with internal engineering teams and external vendor networks
Key Responsibilities
Support and champion site safety programs and initiatives
Mentor and develop entry-level EHS technicians
Lead incident investigations and corrective action processes
Promote compliance with OSHA regulations and company safety standards
Partner with operational leadership to improve safety performance
Conduct site inspections audits and hazard assessments
Support continuous improvement of EHS programs and processes
Contributes to pre-task planning and job site safety meetings.
Prepares and delivers safety meetings and training to enhance hazard awareness.
