NOW HIRING - HSE / SAFETY TECHNICIANS
Midland TX Target Start Date Around June 1st
Premier Staffing Solutions is currently hiring experienced HSE / Safety Technicians and Safety Coordinators for a long-term Oil & Gas / Industrial project in Midland Texas. This project is expected to last 14-18 months with immediate interview opportunities available.
Pay & Benefits:
- $74/Day Per Diem
- Lodging Provided
- Travel Reimbursement - $0.70/mile (up to 500 miles)
- High Hours Available Overtime Potential
- Long-Term Project (14-18 Months)
- Hourly Rate Still Being Finalized
Requirements:
- OSHA 30 REQUIRED
- Previous Industrial Oilfield Refinery Pipeline or Construction Safety Experience Preferred
- Must have valid drivers license and reliable transportation
- Must be comfortable working in industrial and hazardous environments
- Strong knowledge of workplace safety procedures and OSHA compliance
- Experience conducting JSAs audits toolbox talks and safety meetings preferred
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and enforce workplace safety procedures and compliance
- Conduct daily safety meetings toolbox talks and site audits
- Ensure OSHA and company safety standards are followed
- Investigate incidents near misses and corrective actions
- Maintain safety documentation reports and permits
- Support field crews and supervisors with safety guidance
- Perform site inspections and hazard assessments
- Promote and maintain a strong safety culture onsite
