Job Summary
Verdana Village Master Association located in Estero FL is pleased to announce an excellent career opportunity for a part-time Runner! We are seeking a driven individual who is eager to learn contribute and grow within a fast-paced hospitality-focused property organization. As part of Troon you will contribute to a global leader in golf and community management.
- Washes and sanitizes: China glass silver cooking equipment and tools both in a dish machine or by hand.
- Assists in stocking and rotating incoming food and beverage products.
- Assists in basic food preparation as assigned by the Chef or Food & Beverage Manager.
- Empties kitchen trash receptacles and properly disposes of garbage.
- Stores all dishes and other wares in proper areas.
- Performs daily cleaning to include but not limited to dry storage walk-in shelving steam tables hoods and the exhaust system.
- Maintains sanitation standards in assigned areas.
- Sweeps and mops floors.
- Alerts the chef or supervisor of any equipment breakdown.
- Follows safe work practices in job performance.
- Regular and reliable attendance.
- Performs other duties as required.
