• Deliver water treatment products to homes and businesses safely and efficiently
• Load organize and manage the products needed for your daily route
• Build professional relationships with customers along your route
• Identify customer concerns and communicate service needs to the appropriate team
• Resolve basic customer questions and concerns courteously and promptly
• Follow all safety procedures and company policies
• Maintain a clean organized and professional delivery vehicle
  
  

• Participate in a quick morning route meeting
• Inspect load and organize your delivery vehicle
• Complete scheduled deliveries accurately and on time
• Communicate clearly with customers and teammates
• Maintain accurate delivery and payment records
• Help keep the warehouse and loading areas clean and organized
• Complete a short end-of-route review with your supervisor

• Able to manage a route and stay on schedule
• Comfortable using a mobile device or tablet

• High school diploma or GED
• Valid drivers license with an acceptable driving record
• Route delivery experience preferred but not required
• Strong communication and customer-service skills
• Clean and professional appearance
• Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50 pounds
