The Job
Youll deliver packages on city and suburban routes in Liberty Independence and Kansas City. Youll drive a company-provided Ford step van load and unload packages follow your route and communicate with dispatch about delays or issues. The route covers about 50 miles per day; daily stop counts were not provided.
The work involves repeated bending lifting and moving packages between the vehicle and delivery locations including packages up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.
Compensation
- Starting pay: $190 per day
- Service incentive: $75 per week for 99.4% service or better; may be lost for E/L/M pickups an accident or a call-out
- Unscheduled-day incentive: $75 for working an unscheduled day
- Pay frequency: Weekly; payday is Friday
- Expected weekly pay: $950 (5-day schedule)

Requirements
- Must be 21 years of age or older.
- No CDL required.
- Valid drivers license with a clean driving record. Missouri drivers must have a Class E license.
- Must pass a background check and drug test.
- Must be able to lift packages up to 150 lbs with or without reasonable accommodation.

- No prior delivery experience required well train you.
Schedule
Five days a week including at least one weekend day.
Start time is 9 AM.
Routes average 8.5 hours and continue until all packages are delivered.
