Job Summary
Under the supervision of the Administrator of Educational Programs instruct high school students in the principles and techniques needed to work successfully in the culinary industry. These courses emphasize understanding the biological chemical and physical characteristics of food. These courses are UC/CSU approved to meet the g credit admission requirements.
