Room AttendantHousekeeper

A Room Attendant/Housekeeper is responsible for maintaining clean sanitary comfortable and attractive guest rooms and public areas within the hotel. This role ensures guests have a positive experience by providing high standards of cleanliness organization and customer service.

• Clean and service guest rooms according to hotel standards
• Change bed linens and replace towels and toiletries
• Vacuum carpets sweep mop and dust furniture and surfaces
• Clean bathrooms mirrors windows and fixtures
• Restock guest room supplies and amenities
• Report maintenance issues damages or missing items to management
• Ensure all rooms are prepared and inspected before guest check-in
• Respond to guest requests promptly and professionally
• Follow health safety and sanitation guidelines
• Maintain housekeeping carts and cleaning equipment
• Dispose of trash and dirty linens properly
• Assist with cleaning public areas when needed

• Previous housekeeping or cleaning experience preferred
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Good attention to detail and time management skills
• Physical ability to stand bend lift and move throughout shifts
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Ability to work flexible schedules including weekends and holidays
