• Guest Room Cleaning: Clean and sanitize guest rooms including making beds vacuuming dusting and cleaning bathrooms to Aloft brand standards.
• Amenities Replenishment: Restock room supplies linens and complimentary items for arriving guests.
• Cart Management: Maintain a clean organized and fully stocked housekeeping cart throughout the shift.
• Guest Satisfaction: Respond promptly and politely to guest requests ensuring an exceptional stay.
• Safety & Maintenance: Report any maintenance issues damages or safety hazards immediately to leadership.

• 2 years of hotel housekeeping experience is strongly preferred.
• Flexibility: A strong commitment to open scheduling and a 7-day work week.
• Detail-Oriented: A sharp eye for cleanliness and presentation.
• Physical Stamina: Ability to lift push pull and carry moderate weight and stand/walk for extended periods.
