Requirements to Apply

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Must have previous roofing repair experience
• Valid drivers license required

Start Date: ASAP

What Youll Do

• Conduct roof inspections to identify issues such as leaks damage or general wear and tear
• Perform repairs and maintenance including replacing shingles repairing flashing and sealing leaks
• Install new roofing materials as needed following safety and quality standards
• Collaborate with the service team to prioritize and schedule repair jobs efficiently
• Communicate clearly with customers to explain repair options answer questions and provide excellent service
• Maintain accurate records of work performed materials used and time spent on each job

Schedule & Benefits

• Full-time MondayFriday 8:00 a.m.5:00 p.m. with a one-hour lunch break; Saturdays and weekend availability as needed
• Medical dental and vision insurance after 30 days of employment
• PTO accrual after 30 days of employment
• 401(k) eligibility after 6 months of employment
• All new hires are subject to a 90-day probationary period

Requirements:

What Youll Need

• Prior experience in roofing repair and maintenance
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials techniques and safety practices
• Comfortable operating basic hand tools and equipment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Basic computer skills
• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
• Ability to lift heavy objects and work at heights over 5 feet for extended periods
• Comfortable accessing tight spaces and standing walking bending and kneeling for sustained periods
• Hardworking dependable and willing to do what it takes
• Flexible schedule availability
