Roofing Repair Technician

Job Overview

Five Points Roofing is seeking an experienced and dependable Roofing Repair Technician to join our team! The ideal candidate will have a strong background in both assessing leaks and executing residential roof repairs and will have demonstrated ability in both technical skills and problem solving abilities.

What youll do:

• Perform roof repairs for residential properties including leak detection and shingle replacement
• Develops estimates for various repair projects
• Orders parts and materials for repair jobs
• Inspects roofs as required in daily work routines and as requested by supervisory staff
• Knowledgeable in all types of roofing: shingles metal rubber TPO EPDM etc
• Assess roof conditions and recommend solutions to homeowners
• Complete additional tasks as assigned including assisting with roof inspections and minor installations
• Follow all safety guidelinesand ensure work is completed to high-quality standards

What Were Looking For:

• At least 3 years of direct experience in roofing repair or installation
• Strong knowledge of roofing materials especially asphalt shingles
• Ability to diagnose and fix leaks flashing issues and other common roofing problems
• Comfortable working at heights and in varying weather conditions
• Valid drivers license and clean driving record
• A team player with strong communication skills and attention to detail
