• Site Management: Oversee 12 residential roofing jobs daily from initial setup through final completion.
• Crew Leadership: Direct subcontractor crews on-site to ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.
• Quality & Repairs: Conduct thorough roof inspections diagnose installation issues and execute minor repairs on the fly.
• Material & Logistics: Verify job measurements inspect material deliveries and manage on-site material needs.
• Documentation: Capture and upload required before during and after project photos via smartphone apps.

• Experience: 3 years of hands-on residential roofing or construction experience (installs and repairs).
• Leadership: 2 years of construction management site supervision or crew leadership preferred.
• Drivers License: Valid Drivers License with an insurable driving record (required for company vehicle).
• Physical Ability: Comfortable climbing extension ladders walking roofs and performing hands-on repairs.
• Location: Ability to report daily to our regional office in Holt MO.
• Schedule: Full-time (MondayFriday with overtime and weekend flexibility during peak season).
• Tech: Personal smartphone with active data plan for daily project management apps.
