The Roofing Installer is responsible for the installation repair maintenance and replacement of residential roofing systems. The ideal candidate will have experience working with a variety of roofing materials maintain a strong focus on safety and deliver high-quality workmanship while meeting project DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:Install repair and replace roofing systems including:Asphalt shinglesTile roofingMetal roofingTPOPVCModified BitumenBuilt-Up Roofing (BUR)Remove existing roofing materials and prepare roof underlayment flashing vents and waterproofing roof areas and calculate material hand tools power tools and roofing equipment manufacturer specifications and building code completed work to ensure quality standards are a clean and organized job unload and transport roofing effectively with supervisors crew members and all OSHA safety guidelines and company safety job site hazards material shortages or quality concerns other related duties as REPSONSIBILITIES:NoneCOMPENSATION RANGE:$22.00$35.00 per hour depending on experience certifications and roofing system AND EDUCATION: RequiredHigh school diploma or equivalent 1 year of roofing or construction to work at heights and on sloped to lift and carry up to 80 pounds transportation and punctual knowledge of roofing tools and to work in various weather 3 years of roofing installation with both residential and commercial roofing 10 or OSHA 30 drivers license with a clean driving English/ ENVIRONMENT: Field Jobsite PHYSICAL DEMANDS:Must be able to see color to discern color-coded wiring. Prolonged periods standing kneeling bending and climbing ladders or scaffolding. Must be physically capable of pulling wires and cables through conduits and comfortable working outdoors in heat cold wind and direct sunlight. Must be able to perform physically demanding labor for extended be able to work at heights.
