Position Summary
A SIGN -ON BONUS OF $4081 IS AVAILABLE FOR THE SUCCESSFUL APPLICANT OF THIS POSITION PAID IN 2 INSTALLMENTS WITHIN 12 MONTHS OF HIRE : $2040.50 WITHIN 30 DAYS OF HIRE DATE & $2040.50 12 MONTHS AFTER HIRE DATE . This position is responsible for making roofing and carpentry repairs and installations as well as performing preventive maintenance to all campus buildings. * A valid North Carolina Drivers License or ability to obtain one prior to start date. Also requires a NC State Inspectors License or the ability to achieve certification within six months of hire.
