Robotic Equipment Deployment Specialist

Rinvio is hiring a Robotic Equipment Deployment Specialist for hands-on field work with autonomous construction equipment and advanced jobsite technology.

Pay: $115000-$125000/year based on experience

Location: Irving TX area; candidates should live within reasonable distance of a major airport

Schedule: Heavy weekly travel to project sites; schedule may vary by deployment and site needs

Type: Full-Time W-2

Responsibilities:

- Deploy operate inspect troubleshoot and maintain robotic/autonomous construction equipment

- Support field setup calibration sensor adjustment component checks and equipment readiness

- Coordinate with operators site teams technical support and project stakeholders

- Identify and document field issues equipment failures and practical improvement opportunities

- Help maintain safe deployment practices and professional jobsite standards

- Represent Rinvio well while supporting travel-based field projects

Requirements:

- Heavy equipment construction field service machinery robotics or autonomous equipment experience

- 5 years of hands-on repair maintenance operation or field troubleshooting experience preferred

- Comfort working with mechanical systems electronics sensors diagnostics and tools

- Clear professional communication with operators site teams customers and technical teams

- Willingness to travel weekly across the U.S.

- Valid U.S. drivers license and ability to lift up to 60 lbs

- Welding fabrication hydraulics soldering electrical GPS/machine control or construction tech experience is a plus
