Robot Programmer
Job Summary
Were seeking a Robot Programmer to support automation projects for one of our clients engineering teams.
- Develop and deploy robot programs for material handling welding machine tending and assembly applications
- Configure tool paths frames and I/O integration for new and existing robotic work cells
- Support cell buyoff runoff and onsite startup at customer facilities
- Troubleshoot motion vision and communication issues during commissioning and production support
- Document programs sequences and operator instructions for handoff and long-term support
QUALIFICATIONS
- 3 years of hands-on robot programming experience
- Strong working knowledge of FANUC controllers and teach pendant programming
- Exposure to multiple application types across industrial automation
- Ability to read mechanical and electrical drawings for cell layout and integration
- CAD experience for reviewing tooling fixtures or end-of-arm designs is a plus
- Comfort working onsite at customer facilities during installation and startup phases
- Strong troubleshooting mindset across mechanical electrical and controls issues
- Willingness to travel as project schedules require
